Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez share a sweet kiss after he wins the award for Top New Artist at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (May 22) in Las Vegas, Nev. But before he got on stage to accept the trophy, he was caught on camera sharing a quick kiss with his songstress girlfriend.
The lip lock came after Bieber's second award of the evening, just as cameras hit him before heading on stage to accept the Best New Artist award. See the photographic evidence above.
The 17-year-old singer collected a total of seven kudos on the special night. Before the show was kicked off, he had already nabbed Top Social Artist, Top Streaming Artist, Top Pop Album and Top Streaming Song (Video). During the ceremony, he was presented with Digital Artist of the Year and Fan Favorite Award in addition to the New Artist gong.
Justin Bieber became famous in the United States in 2009 after he was found by Scooter Braun through video local singing competition "Stratford Star" in Ontario which was published on YouTube by Justin's mother in 2007, where Justin was ranked second.
